Google account data
When you choose Continue with Google, Frameboard requests only the openid, email and profile scopes. Google provides your account identifier, verified email address and name. We verify the identity response on the server, store these fields in the private account database and use them to recognize your account, display your profile and connect your saved projects, credits and purchases. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive or your contacts, receive your Google password, or retain a Google profile photo. Google sign-in tokens are used during verification and are not stored for ongoing access.
Google identity fields are not included in AI generation inputs or Google Analytics events. We do not sell Google account data or use it for advertising. Private server storage and restricted operational backups retain account records as described below. Stripe receives internal order and account identifiers for payment fulfillment; Frameboard does not send your Google profile to Stripe.
Your Google identity is retained while your Frameboard account exists. You can delete your Frameboard account in My studio → Account after a recent sign-in; the deletion and backup retention rules below apply. You can also remove Frameboard’s connection in your Google Account connections. Removing that connection does not delete saved Frameboard projects or financial records. Contact clawhqlabs@gmail.com for access or deletion requests.
Existing password accounts and recovery codes remain available during account migration. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as verification hashes. Linking an existing account requires confirmation of that account’s identity.
Projects and browser storage
Anonymous drafts are stored in the current browser. Signed-in projects saved to your account are stored by this Frameboard server, including shot text, timing, images, shared subject references and creative direction. Project access is limited to its account.
Browser storage is also used for local drafts and pending task recovery. Shared-device users should sign out. A project ZIP or downloaded image contains your project data; handle the downloaded file accordingly.
AI generation
Only the AI operation you confirm sends its required inputs to the configured AI provider, OpenAI. Text planning sends the script and relevant creative context. Image generation can send shot descriptions, shared subject details and selected reference images.
Unapplied generation results and their input data are retained for 30 days. Text and images applied to saved projects stay with those projects until you delete them. Task status, credit changes and provider usage metadata are retained separately for recovery and billing. Avoid submitting private information or images you are not entitled to share. Provider handling is also subject to OpenAI’s privacy policy.
Payments
Payments use Stripe-hosted Checkout. Frameboard stores order identifiers, payment status and credit amounts to fulfill and reconcile purchases. It does not collect your card number in the storyboard editor. Payment handling is also subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
Service records and analytics
The server processes request information, including network address, for security and rate limits. Technical logs may be used to diagnose failures.
This deployment has optional Google Analytics configured. It is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics. It records page paths, export events and purchase currency, amount and a hashed order identifier. URL query parameters, Stripe session identifiers, project scripts, prompts, email addresses and reference images are excluded. Automatic form measurement and advertising personalization are disabled. You can change your preference below; choosing Essential only stops further analytics collection. Google processes analytics under its own privacy policy. Necessary session and draft storage support login and editing.
Your data
You can export project data as a ZIP and delete projects in your dashboard. Account settings also lets you delete your account after a recent sign-in and email confirmation. Account deletion removes saved projects, generation inputs and results, sign-in links and active sessions, and forfeits remaining credits. Local drafts for this account are cleared in the browser used for deletion; downloaded files and other devices are separate copies. Pending payments or active jobs must finish before deletion. Payment and credit records are retained with a pseudonymous account ID for accounting and fraud prevention. Hashed identity identifiers prevent repeated welcome-credit claims.
AtlasForge Labs operates this deployment. Contact clawhqlabs@gmail.com for account, billing or data requests. Encrypted transport and restricted access protect server data. Private off-host backups are stored in Cloudflare R2 and contain account, credit, order and project records, including saved images. Backups use a 14-day rotation; existing snapshots can retain deleted data for the remainder of that retention period. Restores must reapply the latest deletion journal before serving users. Google, OpenAI and Stripe retain their own records under their policies; Frameboard account deletion does not delete those provider accounts.
