Using the service
Frameboard is a browser-based pre-production tool for planning storyboard shots, adding still reference images and exporting project artifacts. It does not provide finished video production. You are responsible for the material you submit and for the way you use the results.
Use your own account and do not attempt to access another person’s projects, bypass credit limits, disrupt the service or use the service unlawfully.
Accounts and saved work
Keep control of your Google account or existing account credentials. Review the save indicator before leaving an editing session. Browser-only drafts are tied to that browser; account projects depend on the server’s storage and availability.
Export an editable ZIP if you need your own backup. Deleted projects, local drafts and downloaded files are separate copies.
AI results and usage rights
AI-generated text and images may contain errors, inconsistencies or unsuitable details. Review the content before applying, sharing or using it in production. The service does not guarantee an exact likeness, product logo, legal clearance or commercial outcome.
Only submit scripts and images you have the right to use and send to the AI provider. You remain responsible for checking applicable rights, permissions and provider terms before commercial use.
Credits and generation
The credit quote is shown before you start an AI operation. Credits are held while the job runs and charged when a valid result is saved. Viewing or applying that saved result does not charge again. Failed jobs release their held credits when the server confirms failure.
A successful result uses its quoted credits even if you choose not to apply it. A retry, rewrite, new subject reference or image refinement is a new operation with a new quote. Insufficient credit prevents a new job from starting.
Purchases and billing
The current pricing page states the available one-time credit pack. Checkout shows the currency, total and payment environment before payment. A credit pack does not create a subscription or an automatic top-up.
Credits are added after the server verifies the payment. Pending payment status can take time to reconcile. Test-mode purchases are simulations and are not real charges. This service does not promise that purchased credits can be redeemed for cash; applicable consumer rights still apply.
Availability and changes
AI, identity, payment or storage services may be temporarily unavailable. Manual editing and local exports can remain usable without those services. Credit amounts and pack prices can change for future quotes; an existing purchase record retains its original amount.

Refund requests are reviewed against purchase and usage records and applicable consumer rights. A lost dispute or refund reverses the associated credits; already used credits can leave a balance to cover. Open payment disputes pause new AI generation while editing and exports remain available. No guaranteed support response time is stated here.
